Credentials
I hold a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. I currently work part-time as a consultant for a university-based research institute in California. I have over 10 years of experience as a statistical and research consultant in my various capacities as a university assistant professor of Statistics, theses chair and panel member, and research associate.
I primarily help social sciences researchers (e.g., psychology, sociology, social work, etc.) because my training in psychology has increased my competence in analyzing and interpreting social sciences results. I am also well-versed in writing results that are in keeping with the publication standards of the American Psychological Association (APA). I have written scholarly articles for internationally renowned peer-reviewed journals. On the other hand, I have also assisted researchers in other disciplines such as medicine, natural sciences, engineering, education, nursing, and business. I am very adept in the use of statistical software especially the latest versions of Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), LISREL and AMOS.
